Bad breath caused by the white / cream color .. things .. 3 questions.?
I've found recently that I've had bad breath is caused by cream white / color .. they tend to be very small the size of a sweet nerd. They are towards the back of the mouth of each side when I open mouth can not see until I put my finger on the side of my mouth and hit a small area .. where behind .. quite easy to leave them out often when I hit my gag reflex to get really annoying. I know what it is, how it got there and how to get rid of it. I have pictures if you like that .. when horrible smell that I was clearly telling me to be the cause of my bad breath. again my questions are: What are they? How come? and How do I get rid of them (apart from the way I do now, they come back)?
Tonsilloliths are called, or tonsil stones. They are composed of all the nasty things in the throat, such as food particles and mucus getting stuck in the tonsils. You can remove with a soft bristle brush (but gentle!), And prevent regular gargling. Edit: Make sure that EVERY DAY gargle with a mouthwash oxygenation. I use PerioTherapy by Dr. Katz.
