bad breath home remedy

Home remedies for bad breath are many and varied. Some are absolutely excellent. Some are so-so. And the rest is best left alone.
So in this First article on this subject I would like to address only a very good example. This is because, if not, the most used and the remedy for bad breath. Why is that?
Simply because it is used to combat the most widespread cause of bad breath oral hygiene unavailable or ineffective.
Suppose that in any given point in the teeth once they are scrupulously clean. In less than five minutes plaque buildup start and bacteria in the mouth begins to colonize the plate. These bacteria grow on carbohydrates [sugars and starches] and if no measures taken to eliminate these bacteria, the population will grow exponentially.
Within seven to 14 days for signs of inflammation of the gums will appear, and within 14 and 21 days there will be signs of a common disease gums, called gingivitis. In addition, the bacteria weakens and destroys tooth enamel, eventually resulting in tooth decay.
All these separate processes cause bad breath, and together have the potential to create chronic bad breath.
So you can see that the sound oral hygiene is the main bulwark against bad breath.
Sound oral hygiene can be achieved by following these steps:
 • Brush teeth at least twice a day and preferably: after each meal and before bedtime
 • Use toothpaste with fluoride
 • Floss between your teeth at least one once a day and preferably after each meal.
 • Use of these mini-brushes are designed to clean large spaces between teeth.
Most people have good intentions when it comes to effective oral hygiene, but, to paraphrase an old saying, the road to dental caries and bleeding gums is paved with good intentions.
And here's another thing that most people should do, but they do: Visit the dentist for a checkup every six months.
